Refund Policy

No refunds

Plans are paid in advance, monthly or yearly, and payments are not refunded. That includes every plan change and any period that has already started, whether or not you used it.

Try it first

New customers start the plan for $1, with the full plan for one website for 3 days. Cancel before the trial ends and the plan's price is never charged. The full conditions are in our Trial Terms.

Cancelling

You can cancel in your account. During the first 2 hours of the trial this is not available while we study your site, and it opens by itself after that. Cancelling a paid plan stops the next payment. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and that period is not refunded.

Changing plans

• Moving up takes effect at once. You pay only the difference for the days left in the current period.
• Moving down takes effect at the end of the current period. The difference for that period is not refunded.

Credits

• Some actions use credits. Credits are not money and are never paid back as money.
• Your plan's credits are for one period and do not carry over, unless we were the reason they were not used. Then they carry over in full.
• Credits you bought as a pack never expire.
• If an action fails, its credits come back to you by themselves.
• If a link we placed for you disappears within 30 days, its credits come back and we look for a replacement.

EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the EU, you keep your legal 14-day right to withdraw from a service you have not started using. Once you start using the service, you ask us to begin right away, and you lose that right for the part already delivered.

Questions

Write to support@tryproscale.com and tell us what happened. Please come to us before you dispute a charge with your bank. A dispute takes weeks, and an email usually gets an answer the same day.
