The free check

The check is free and needs no card. It looks at the public pages of the website you type and shows where new customers could come from and what we would do first. Its figures are estimates, not promises.

Fair use

Please do not:

• Run the check in bulk by machine, or copy and resell its results.
• Get around the site's limits, break into it or disrupt it.
• Use the site for anything unlawful or misleading.

Accounts and paid plans

When you create an account, you are asked to accept our full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which cover the paid plan. They are shown on the sign-up page. How the plan is paid, tried and cancelled is set out on this site in our Trial Terms and Refund Policy.

No advice and no guarantee

The site and the check are for information only. They are not financial, legal or business advice, and you decide what to do with them. The site is provided “as is”, without warranties, as far as the law allows. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Who may use the site

The site is run from the United States. You may not use it from a country or region under comprehensive U.S. sanctions, or if you are on a sanctions list.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and the state and federal courts in Florida decide any dispute. We may update them. When we do, we change the date at the top.
